Do you sell to homeowners and contractors?
Yes, Manthei Supply is open to the public. We work closely with contractors and designers, but also sell direct to the consumer.
Do you accept returns and what is the return policy?
Manthei Supply will only accept returns of unopened, full pallets of High Format and Unilock products. With the exclusion of High Format steps, we will no longer accept returns of partial pallets, layers, sections. All special order sales are final. All natural stone sales are final. Returns must be made within 60 days of pick up / delivery. Your copy of our invoice must accompany all returns. We assess a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return. There will be no cash refunds.
What is your warranty on materials?
Material warranty details vary based on the specific product being purchased. Warranty information from each manufacturer can be found on their individual websites. Natural stone products do not include a warranty since they are naturally occurring materials and are therefore sold "as-is".
